Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and oto288 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the oto288 online gaming platform, including the website located at https://oto288.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must not have previously had an Account closed by oto288 due to breach of Terms or fraudulent activity.

oto288 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, individuals who have engaged in fraudulent activity, or individuals who pose a risk to the integrity of the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access most features of the Service, you must create an Account. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and choose a secure password. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify oto288 customer support immediately.

3.3 One Account per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account with oto288. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds. oto288 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment methods.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

oto288 is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. As part of our regulatory obligations and internal policies, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

oto288 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to payment method limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours and within 24 hours during off-peak periods.

4.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source, minus applicable processing fees. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals can be requested to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-24 hours, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement applies to all deposits to prevent abuse of the platform for money transfer purposes). Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the bonus terms. oto288 reserves the right to request additional documentation or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4.5 Fees

oto288 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, and currency conversion fees may apply if your account currency differs from IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). You are responsible for any third-party fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

oto288 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiration dates, and game restrictions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms for each bonus before claiming it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements (typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-50%, and live dealer games 10-20%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

oto288 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses without risk, or any other behavior deemed abusive by oto288 in our sole discretion.

5.4 Promotional Terms Precedence

In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered by oto288 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomization methods (card shuffling, roulette wheel spinning, dice rolling). Game outcomes are determined by these random mechanisms and cannot be influenced or predicted. We publish RTP percentages for transparency, but individual results will vary significantly from the theoretical return.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled according to official results from the relevant sports governing body or league. In the event of a match being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and betting market. These rules are detailed in our sports betting help section. oto288 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or if we determine that a Player had access to information giving them an unfair advantage.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay (due to internet issues, device failure, or server maintenance), the game round will continue in the background and be settled according to its outcome. You can view the result of disconnected game rounds in your transaction history. For live casino games, if disconnection occurs during active betting, your placed bets will stand and be settled normally.

6.5 Game Malfunctions

In the rare event of a game malfunction or software error, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard industry principle. If you notice irregular game behavior, you must report it to customer support immediately and cease playing the affected game.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the oto288 Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, creating multiple Accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hole cards in poker, or coordinating betting strategies to exploit bonuses.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any form of automated software to place bets or play games. All gameplay must be manual and conducted by the Account holder personally.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms or betting on all possible outcomes to guarantee profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the Service to transfer, disguise, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Hacking or Reverse Engineering: Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the Service, games, or software.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other Players or staff, using offensive language in chat, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location if you are accessing the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While oto288 strives to maintain 24/7 Service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, third-party provider downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. oto288 is not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

8.2 No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. oto288 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. You use the Service at your own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, oto288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Content

oto288 incorporates games and content from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of third-party content. Issues with third-party games should be reported to our customer support, and we will coordinate with the provider to resolve them.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

9.2 Termination by oto288

oto288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a risk to the integrity of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, we may forfeit your Account balance if the termination resulted from your breach of Terms.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months, oto288 may classify it as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. We will notify you by email before applying inactivity fees.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Where local Indonesian law applies to consumer protection matters, such provisions shall be given effect to the extent they do not conflict with our licensing jurisdiction requirements.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact oto288 customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issue promptly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal customer service process within 14 business days.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be settled through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendment of Terms

oto288 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must close your Account.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

11.3 Entire Agreement
